Continue the Black Friday week from a place of calm and take a moment to stretch, breathe, and reset in a relaxed, welcoming setting with our FREE yoga session with local instructor, Tina.

Now we know that exercise is good for your body, but with a few treats included within your ticket from our brand partners on site, now exercise is good for your soul too!

By participating in this session you are agreeing that:

• You are aged 18 and over
• You have completed and signed a Health and Fitness Waiver form on arrival
• You are participating voluntarily
• You have no known health concerns that would prevent you from exercising safely
• You have received medical clearance if required, and take full responsibility for your own body and movement
• Cotswolds Designer Outlet and its instructors are not liable for any injury or health condition that may arise from participating in this session
• Participation is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the environment you are exercising in is safe and suitable
• If at any point you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you will stop immediately and inform the instructor
