Cotswolds Designer Outlet is getting ready to welcome you, and we’re doing it in our own way. Instead of a grand opening day, we’re inviting you to be part of something more laid-back and civilised: Preview Week.
When is Preview Week?
Preview Week runs from 16th to 20th July and will be the first time we open our doors to the public. Rather than a single ribbon cutting moment at a crowded event, we’re starting as we mean to go on with a relaxed experience and warm welcome for all our guests.
Why are we doing a Preview Week?
A dramatic opening day event isn’t our style. By opening softly, we allow our guests to discover Cotswolds Designer Outlet at their own pace without the excessive hustle and bustle a grand opening can bring. Preview Week gives us the chance to welcome you before the outlet becomes a well-travelled destination.
By starting with a soft launch, we’re also giving our team the space to fine tune every detail, ensuring that everything from signage to service lives up to what our guests deserve. As our retailers settle into their new stores and find their rhythm, some will be offering special discounts as a thank you for your patience and support during their first week.
What happens during Preview Week?
There may be no ribbon cutting but make no mistake, we will be fully open. Preview Week is our beginning and we’d be delighted to share it with you.
- Full access to shops: Doors will be open ready to welcome you, with opening offers and seasonal selections from your favourite brands.
- Special launch moments: Look out for surprises, welcome treats and exclusive promotions only available during Preview Week.
- Dining and refreshments: Our cafés and restaurants will be serving from day one, with some eateries offering discounted dining.
- A warm, unhurried welcome: Whether you’re browsing, buying, or simply exploring, Preview Week offers the perfect environment to get to know us.
