Brands snap up space at 2025’s big retail opening
As the countdown commences to the opening of 2025’s only major new UK outlet retail destination, a string of new lettings can be announced at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.
BOSS leads a stellar line-up of fashion, athleisure, beauty, homewares and dining brands that include Marks & Spencer, Adidas, Levi’s GUESS and Radley with more brands to be announced in the coming weeks.
Following unprecedented interest from brands, Cotswolds Designer Outlet will be nearly full let when it opens this summer, a major vote of confidence in the UK outlet market and highlights the continued attractiveness of the sector amongst occupiers.
Cotswolds Designer Outlet is one part of a long-term holistic vision for the area to deliver a huge injection of investment for the region, centred on the curation of a new place and community with circa 260,000 sq ft of retail, F&B and leisure space being delivered through Cotswolds Designer Outlet and the Dobbies Garden Centre.
True to its setting at the gateway to the Cotswolds, the scheme has been carefully designed and inspired by classic Cotswolds architecture and materials and will also incorporate a wildflower meadow and other indigenous planting and landscaping to bed the development into its new home. Dog-friendly shopping and a specific focus on wellbeing will be central to its operation, with plans for ‘motorway-pause’ walking routes, chill out seating areas and space set aside for children’s play.
In addition to BOSS, M&S, Adidas and Levi’s, the national and international brands currently fitting out and recruiting include:
- Fashion brands – GUESS, Radley, French Connection, Ben Sherman, Dune and Crew with more to be announced
- Athleisure and outdoor brand names – Under Armour, Sweaty Betty, PUMA, Skechers, Timberland, Merrell, Regatta and Mountain Warehouse
- Lifestyle and homewares brands – Rituals, Tefal, Bedeck, The Perfume Shop, Denby, and ProCook
- Casual dining and to-go eateries – Wagamamas, Five Guys, Zizzi, Pret a Manger, 200 Degrees and Caffe Nero, while hugely popular local independent brand Knead Bakery – a “Great Taste” award-winning patisserie and eatery – will expand with its first outlet location.

The economic boost from the collective scheme is vast, creating around hundreds of jobs in a must-visit destination to bolster the already well-established Cotswolds tourism economy, while providing for regional and local visitors.
