Visiting us by bus couldn’t be easier. The local Number 71 bus stops less than 500m from our entrance, offering a convenient option for regular public transport users.

We also operate a Shuttle Bus service, running between our site and Tewkesbury town centre, with stops at Fiddington Fields (excludes Sundays), The Crescent outside Tewkesbury Abbey and the train station.

Many stores host a Quiet Hour. These calm, considered periods create a serene environment for those who prefer a gentler shopping experience.

Alongside our dedicated baby changing suite, a fully equipped Changing Places toilet is available nearby at Dobbies, offering advanced facilities for guests with additional needs. The opening hours of Dobbies differ from our own, so please check in advance.
We also have a dedicated area for feeding in the Family Room which is located at the Toilet Block between adidas and the Centre Management suite.

Personal photography is of course allowed, though we ask all guests to respect and adhere to any requests by our security teams should they ask for photography to cease.

All lost property found at Cotswolds Designer Outlet will be taken to Guest Services, where our team will securely store it.
