Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
- Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
- Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
- Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organisation, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
- Opening and Closing the store: Cashing up, filling in daily reports.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
- Previous sales retail experience
- Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently
- Flexible Availability
- Positive Attitude
- Experience in end of day cashing up
