We’re now looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our Timberland team. As part of a globally recognised outdoor lifestyle brand, you’ll help lead a passionate team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive a strong sales culture focused on world-class customer service and effective selling techniques
• Lead by example and uphold Timberland’s core values in all interactions
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to meet and exceed sales and service targets
• Analyse store performance and act upon KPIs to drive conversion and productivity
• Maintain exceptional standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support daily operations including cash handling, stock management, and team coordination

What We’re Looking For
• Proven retail experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret and act on sales metrics
• Energetic, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
• A true team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
