Store Manager

We are seeking applicants for the Store Manager role at our fine bedlinen and homewares store at the new Cotswolds Designer Outlet based near Tewkesbury, opening this Summer

The successful candidate will have sound retail management experience and superior customer service skills together with a demonstrable record in growing sales. Experience of recruitment, training, completing rosters and leading a sales team are essential.

This is a full time, permanent position. A flexible approach to hours is also essential as late night and weekend cover will be required. Experience of similar products is desirable. In return we can offer a competitive package comprising basic salary and bonus payments on achievement of sales targets.
