Now Hiring: Part-Time Sales Assistants
Location: Timberland, Cotswolds Designer Outlet
Contract Type: Part-time
Contracted Hours: 4 hours a week
Pay Rate: £8.60 to £12.21

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine conversations and expert product knowledge
• Be confident and passionate about selling footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Support with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Handle transactions efficiently with attention to detail and care
• Work as part of a new, dynamic team ready to make a lasting first impression!

Who You Are:
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable—someone who thrives in fast-paced retail
• Comfortable striking up conversations and making customers feel welcome
• Driven to hit sales and KPI targets while delivering a great in-store experience
• Ideally, you’ll have retail experience in fashion, footwear, or outdoor gear (but enthusiasm counts just as much!)
