What we need you to do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting and advising shoppers to find the perfect products.
  • Share product knowledge and display a positive attitude to inspire customers and colleagues.
  • Monitor sales performance and proactively suggest solutions to meet targets.
  • Ensure the store is always tidy and visually appealing with well-organised merchandise.
  • Build rapport with customers and develop a loyal client base by establishing relationships.

What we need from you:

  • Comfortable navigating IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
