We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our store at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.
Our product is confectionery, and our customers shop with us because of our established product, our outstanding customer service and our shopping experience.
The role: Permanent, 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7
Hours are governed by the outlet but will include late nights and weekend work. A competitive salary together with a generous bonus scheme is offered. An immediate start can be offered if required or equally we are more than happy to wait for a notice period to be worked for the right candidate.
The candidate:
- You will be an experienced Retail Manager or an Assistant Manager looking for the next step on the career ladder
- You will need to be able to motivate teams and develop sales whilst keeping the store merchandised and attractive to our customers
- You will need to be hands-on, a quick thinker and able to multitask
- IT skills are required for back-office tasks
