This role serves as a key backup to the Store Manager and supports day-to-day operations while leading and coaching teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be passionate about our performance driven brand
- >2 year of management experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in local language and / or English
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
YOU’LL BE CONSIDERED A TOP CANDIDATE IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- 3- 5 years previous leadership experience, particularly in the fashion industry
