The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty draws in more than 23 million visits annually and is the largest protected region in the UK measuring 25 by 90 miles. With its timeless beauty and endless opportunities for exploration, it is no wonder that the Cotswolds continue to be a much loved destination for tourists.
The rise in UK staycations in the last 5 years has fuelled the £3.6bn annual tourist spend in the region and this shows no sign of slowing. There are over 200 visitor attractions within 60 minutes drive of the outlet and our modelling predicts 42% of turnover is projected to come from tourists and day visitors.

The Cotswolds is changing as the region becomes more high profile and celebrated with many people moving from the cities of London and Oxford to enjoy a more rural and stress-free life.

The Cotswolds is itself based on discovery which chimes beautifully with the allure of outlet where browsing, being savvy and trialling new brands is part of the experience.
