# Sam Morris – Art Residency

Artist and illustrator Sam Morris will be in residence at Cotswolds Designer Outlet this summer, transforming the space next to wagamama into a working studio and pop-up gallery from Monday 28th July – Sunday 10th August 2025.

**Monday 28th July – Sunday 10th August 2025**: Live painting**Sunday 3rd August: Doodle Dog Day** – Bring your dog (or a photo) for a fun mini sketch! All doodles will form a joyful live gallery wall of pet visitors**Sat 9 Aug (9:30am–12noon):** Guest artist [Christina Sadler](https://christinasadler.com/pages/about) joins me in the studio – we’ve created collaborative paintings where abstract meets narrative in a call-and-response style come and watch us in action**Sun 10 Aug (10am–4pm):** Three of Sam’s painting students will be in the studio painting their favourite characters – visitors are welcome to drop in, watch, and ask questions as they work.
